1. Recommending the appropriate listing price.

We have access to important information on sales of comparable houses – including more recent sales information than is publicly accessible online. We will suggest a list price that we think will best attract buyers to your home. 

2. Helping you prepare the house for sale.

Our agents will have advice on how to make your home look its best to potential buyers. Our agents can also provide useful referrals to painters, carpet cleaners and repair people to ready your house for sale.

3. Advertising the property for sale and showing it to prospective buyers.

You want as many buyers as possible to know that your house is on the market. There is more to marketing a house than adding it to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Our agents will provide a clear and precise plan not only to list your house, but to SELL it. 

4. Reviewing offers and negotiating a deal.

Our agents will review all the details of every offer you receive with you. They will explain areas of concern regarding the buyer's offer and advise you on how to respond (perhaps by counter offering on the price or other terms). If you accept an offer, your agent will work with the buyer’s agent to iron out the terms of the deal.

5. Making sure everything gets done by the closing date.

Once you accept a buyer’s offer, there are still steps to getting to a closing. Our agents work with you, the buyer’s agent, and other professionals involved in the transaction to bring it to a successful close.
